Earl is a Partner at The Gee Law Firm, P. C. and has been practicing law for over 35 years. He is an experienced and skilled attorney and dedicates his practice to helping clients and making his community a better place.  Knowing his clients may be going through one of the most difficult times in their lives, Earl zealously and tirelessly advocates for them.  His practice focuses primarily on personal injury cases, involving automobiles, motorcycles and tractor-trailer accidents.

Earl started his legal career with The Virginia Legal Aid Society, Inc., in Farmville, Virginia where for five years he handled cases such as consumer bankruptcy, social security, domestic relations, workers’ compensation, and unemployment compensation case. Afterward, he served five years on active duty as a military attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps.  Earl served an additional twenty-two years as an attorney in the United States Army Reserve, retiring in 2013 in the rank of Colonel.

Earl is a graduate of Central of Lunenburg Senior High School in Victoria, Virginia. He attended Saint Paul’s College where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Science.  He received his Masters of Art Degree in American History from Virginia State University and his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.

Earl and his wife, Karen, live in Chesterfield, Virginia. They have three adult children.

Donald Gee is the Managing Partner and has been practicing law for over 30 years. There is no case Donald can’t handle. He is passionate about helping those injured due to someone else’s negligence.

His passion to help injured people is driven by his own personal experience with an insurance company. Donald has had extensive experience handling various types of personal injury cases including car crashes, tractor trailer accidents, defective products, and wrongful death cases.

After graduating law school, Donald experienced a serious head on collision resulting in multiple injuries, countless doctor visits, and numerous medical procedures.

The healing process was grueling and the interaction and experience with the insurance company was exhausting even with an attorney. Still today, Donald has lingering effects from his injuries. The physical reminders of that experience is a constant motivation to “take on” the insurance companies and fight for every client. Donald is passionate to litigate on behalf of injured persons and personally understands the difficult circumstances and special challenges each person faces.

Over the course of his legal career, Donald has handled a variety of personal injury cases, making recoveries for his clients ranging from a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollars. Donald handles cases throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Donald attended Central High School of Lundenburg in Victoria, Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.

Donald enjoys running, golfing, and is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.
